Rural Development Association & (RDA) & Brothers Club Organization (BCO) focus on major lasting plans that are important to Bzeiq rural area of Tubas district.

- To develop sustainable funding for permanent Environmental Institute in Bzeiq, to handle the environmental concerns and becomes fully active into the sustainable development of the Bzeiq rural area.
- To promote and collaborate in the planning and implementing of the environmental education approaches in schools, universities and community based organizations, improving the population's trends toward environmental justice.
- To promote the use of green energy from renewable sources and establish solar panels as the main source of energy in Bzeiq .
- To establish an equestrian and racecourse track in Bzeiq and attract the horse riders for equestrian events.
- To encourage communities and businesses, create places where people want to live, so that RDA & BCO will be proud to pass it on to the next generation.
