Well... if they do... how about a joint committee? How about a joined team to do the restoring job...? The point is, not the restoring but the exercise of power. They like it here. They do like power. Now... does it make any sense now? Do we need this provocation -on top of all the rest- now, when the West Bank was going quiet well with Fatah?
